Job Description
We are looking for a senior consultant responsible for leading and coordinating a comprehensive integration effort within a complex organizational environment. The assignment involves overall responsibility for planning, steering, and execution during a phase where businesses are both being merged and partially separated. The role entails creating clear structure, ensuring progress, and managing dependencies between multiple functions and stakeholders.

The consultant will work closely with management and the steering group, focusing on enabling well-founded decisions, ensuring business continuity, and driving change initiatives with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish an overarching plan, governance model, and working methods for the integration phase
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams
• Ensure deliveries according to prioritized schedules and identified dependencies
• Manage risks, bottlenecks, and critical activities, and propose mitigation measures
• Drive communication, reporting, and decision-making materials to the steering group
• Ensure business continuity throughout the change process

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex projects or programs with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to establish structure, planning, and monitoring
• Experience with integration projects and/or major business transformations
• Strong leadership skills without formal line management responsibility
• Experience working with steering groups and senior decision-makers
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from larger organizations with complex dependency structures
• Background in change management and organizational communication
• Experience collaborating in labor law or union contexts
• Understanding of the interplay between functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
