Do you enjoy working independently, are driven by providing good service, and thrive on technical challenges?

As an onsite technician, you will work with IT support directly at the customer's location. You will assist customers with various IT-related problems, challenges, and tasks. This can range from installing new computers, handling account unlocks, connecting printers, and upgrading software to managing network issues or troubleshooting hardware and software on existing computers and printers. The role requires flexibility and a strong service mindset. It is a varied and developmental role for you who are passionate about technology and want to deliver first-class service.

Who are you?

You have a burning interest in IT and technology, good communication skills, and a desire to provide first-class service. To be successful in this role, we believe you are curious and unafraid of challenges.

If you have previous experience working as a technician or within networking/operations, and you speak fluent Swedish and English, we believe you have the right prerequisites to match the role.

A driver's license for manual cars is a requirement as you may need to drive between different departments during work.
