The Role

As a Maintenance Technician at KLP, you work independently with the daily operations of fine, modern properties with exciting tenants. In the properties, you are responsible for supervision and maintenance, as well as corrective maintenance of technical installations and other important functions within the buildings. You will be involved in the development of the business, including sustainability issues and digitalization. As one of the largest companies in the Nordics, we have a smaller organization in Sweden, which creates a close and collaborative work environment where we support each other in both big and small matters. Communication is a central part of the role, both internally and externally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the daily operation of the properties
• Responsible for the property's technical supply systems
• Daily proactive contact with tenants
• Responsible for smaller procurements and invoice handling
• Proactive follow-up of contractors' work
• Preventive maintenance
• Actively and continuously conduct sustainability and quality work
• Work actively with operational optimization and energy savings
• Handle and follow up on fault reports
• Participate in systematic fire safety work

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience from the real estate industry, or alternatively a practical technical background in areas such as property maintenance, HVAC, or electrical work. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and a genuine interest in technology and property management.

As a person, you are flexible, self-directed, and responsible. You are genuinely interested in technology, like to develop and improve, and to solve problems, preferably before they arise. Furthermore, you enjoy customer contact, which is a natural part of your work. Of everyone in the company, you are the one who knows KLP's tenants best and has the most contact with them. You always give your tenants a good reception and proactive service. Quality is an important word for you and permeates everything you do, and you are interested in sustainability issues. You are curious and have both the ability and the desire to develop. In your daily work, you collaborate primarily with two other maintenance technicians.
