About the role

We are currently looking for production operators for a growing industrial company in Smålandsstenar, with a focus on development, quality, and efficient production.

Here you will have the opportunity to work in a modern production environment where, together with your colleagues, you contribute to maintaining a high pace and ensuring stable operations.

About the role:
As an operator, you work close to the production line, sharing responsibility for a part of the production flow with a colleague. The work involves manual material loading, machine monitoring, and assisting with various tasks within production.

You work in teams of two, which requires collaboration, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a practical role within production
• Enjoys working in a team and contributing to good cooperation
• Has a high work pace and good work ethic
• Is flexible and ready to jump in where needed
• Has a B driver's license and access to a car

Experience from industry or production is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are the most important factors.
