Job Description

We are looking for you who have experience from construction projects within civil engineering (site and infrastructure).

As a Production Planner / Contract Specialist, you will work in large, multidisciplinary assignments where you, with your experience from the execution phase of construction projects, support designers to ensure that what is designed is buildable.

The role involves being a production planner in the early stages of construction and infrastructure projects, including drafting APD plans, production schedules, and descriptions of how work tasks in the construction phase should be carried out. It also includes supporting our AMA coordinators, Construction Safety Coordinators, and designers with buildability issues in their assignments.

In the role, you support both the internal project organization and the client, acting as a link between design and the executing contractor.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, located in Solna.

Qualifications

As a person, you are meticulous and structured. You are curious and driven, and you collaborate easily. You thrive with many contacts both internally and externally in your work.

We are looking for you who:

• have several years of experience in workforce management, construction management, production planning, or site management within civil engineering, or water/wastewater and electrical
• have good knowledge of AMA and other framework and regulatory systems that affect the industry.
• have good knowledge within AB04, ABT06
• have previously worked with descriptions and bills of quantities for AB04, ABT06

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in creating TA plans
• Have experience in technical coordination within design
• You have experience in Construction Safety Coordination and/or AMA coordination
• have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Additional Information

At AFRY, you work in the group Construction Contract Management (CCM). We work with the coordination of technical descriptions, bills of quantities, and production planning. We work mostly in our multidisciplinary assignments at AFRY, but also act as direct support to the client. You will be part of our business development. We work together to develop systems, methods, and processes to increase the quality of our work. In the group, we have great variation in roles in projects where you will set the framework for your own development and your actual tasks.
