Elite Stora Hotellet is a prestigious premium hotel located in central Jönköping, beautifully situated on the shores of Lake Vättern. The hotel is housed in a historic building with roots dating back to the 19th century, combining classic architecture with modern hotel operations.

The hotel offers 167 guest rooms, a restaurant, the pub The Bishops Arms, conference and event facilities, as well as a gym and relaxation area. The operations encompass accommodation, conferences, events, and restaurant management, which places high demands on a well-functioning property and technical maintenance.

We are now looking for a Senior Property Technician who wants to play a key role in the hotel's daily operations and contribute to creating a safe, functional, and professional hotel environment.

As a Senior Property Technician, you will work both operationally and planned with the property's maintenance and upkeep. The role involves significant personal responsibility and close collaboration with hotel management, property owners, and external suppliers.

• Has several years of experience as a property technician or technician

• Is self-reliant, solution-oriented, and structured

• Has a strong service mindset and thrives in a high-tempo environment

• Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience from hotel or service-intensive environments, as well as knowledge of Fire Safety Management (SBA) and environmental work, is considered a merit.

• Performing repairs and ongoing maintenance of guest rooms and public areas

• Working with preventive and corrective maintenance

• Carrying out simpler tasks within electrical, plumbing (HVAC), and ventilation

• Responsible for waste management, recycling, and outdoor area maintenance

• Serving as a support to the hotel's various departments in daily operations

• Coordinating, ordering, and following up on work with external suppliers

• Maintaining close and professional collaboration with the property owner regarding maintenance, investments, and property-related issues

• Actively working with fire safety, including SBA, self-inspections, and follow-ups

• Contributing to and following up on the hotel's environmental work according to Elite Hotels' guidelines and goals

• Documenting performed measures and ensuring quality, order, and structure
