About the role

We are looking for extra staff within construction, assembly, and warehousing for flexible assignments during spring and summer. The role involves varied tasks in different environments — ranging from carrying assistance for various companies to simpler assembly, construction, and warehouse work. You are prepared to work extensively leading up to and during the summer and have a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks.

Your responsibilities

• Carrying assistance and loading/unloading during deliveries and projects at various work sites
• Simpler assembly of furniture, interior fittings, or construction components according to instructions
• Basic construction and site work such as demolition, assistance with erection, and simpler finishing tasks
• Warehouse work including picking, packing, sorting, stocking, and goods control
• Transport between work sites or warehouses as needed, as well as assistance with vehicle loading
• Follow instructions, safety routines, and use protective equipment as directed
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and a good working environment

Your profile

• Practical, strong, and accustomed to physical work in varying environments
• Flexible and willing to work extensively during the season; variations in working hours may occur
• Experience in construction, assembly, or warehouse work is an advantage but not a requirement — willingness and attitude weigh heavily
• Good verbal communication skills in Swedish; English is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage as some assignments may require travel between work sites
• Responsible and safety-conscious with the ability to follow instructions and routines
• Can work independently as well as in a team and contribute to a good collaborative culture
