As a Teamleader, you are the store manager's right-hand person and a key figure in the store's daily operations. You lead by being an inspiring role model, distributing tasks, and ensuring that we always deliver a world-class customer experience. Your engagement and energy are contagious to the team, and together you work towards the store's goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily Management: Plan and lead the daily work in the store to ensure smooth operations.
• Teamwork: Motivate and coach your colleagues to create a positive and engaged work environment.
• Operational Work: Be active in the store and participate in all tasks, from customer service to stock handling.
• Communication: Ensure that information and guidelines reach the team in a clear and effective manner.
• Commercial Focus: Optimize sales through work with planograms, display, and product placement.
• Responsibility: In addition to the points above, you also serve as the store manager's substitute when needed and take responsibility for the store in their absence.

Requirements and qualifications

Do you have a strong drive to push sales and achieve set goals? We are looking for you who are an engaging colleague and role model who gets the team to perform at their best. You have experience in sales and customer service, are communicative and organized with the ability to delegate and prioritize. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, quick-thinking, and thrive in a changing environment.

You have a good ability to independently identify and perform necessary tasks and are motivated by contributing to the store's success. Experience from the retail industry is essential, and you must master Swedish in both speech and writing.

We offer two positions at 80% with start date by agreement. A 6-month probation period applies.
