For our client, we are currently recruiting a Service Technician for MLT's service unit in Stora Höga. Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you will join our service team in Stora Höga. Your tasks will vary between on-site service calls at customer locations and various assignments in our workshops.

Your primary responsibility will be to repair, refurbish, service, and install various types of pumps. You will also work with electric motors, hydraulic cylinders, bellows, and fans.

The position involves performing service and upgrades on rotating and static equipment. You will primarily work at the workshop in Stora Höga, but one day a week you will work on-site with customers in the West region. For major breakdown jobs at customer sites, this may involve 1–2 weeks of work with overnight stays, occurring a few times per year. If you enjoy traveling frequently for service jobs, there are opportunities for this.

In addition to managing customer orders, you will, for example:

• Provide support and share knowledge with the internal sales organization.
• Maintain contact with customers, assisting with inquiries and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other service areas within the company.

Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent work experience in the service and repair of mechanical equipment, such as pumps, motors, screw conveyors, compensators, etc.
• Experience in external customer and supplier contacts.
• Good computer skills.
• Technically interested and knowledgeable.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone with a strong interest in machinery and a drive for troubleshooting and service. We assume you have experience as a maintenance technician, mechanic, or hydraulic technician. It is important that you are skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and appreciate order and cleanliness in the workplace. Experience with rotating equipment, technical education, or equivalent work experience in the service and repair of mechanical equipment (such as pumps, motors, screw conveyors, bellows, etc.) is advantageous.

The work will partly be team-based, requiring good collaboration skills, while also requiring the ability to work independently when necessary.
