Who are you?

To fit the role of Estimator with one of our clients, you need to have previous experience from the civil engineering industry, preferably in a production role such as Site Manager or Foreman, but this is not a requirement. As an Estimator/Proposal Engineer, you are involved in the early stages. Your responsibilities include answering incoming inquiries, preparing complete and ready proposals based on the conditions of each inquiry, and collaborating with suppliers, clients, and colleagues. As an Estimator, you have a business mindset and see cost-effective solutions in the proposals you submit. Furthermore, you are communicative and structured in your work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of documented experience in the role of Estimator within earthworks, civil engineering, and/or infrastructure, or a corresponding role.
• Has relevant education or equivalent experience within the industry.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has good proficiency in MS Excel.
• Has a valid B-category driver's license.
