Job Description One of the client's assignments is in the implementation phase and needs continuity and reinforcement. The assignment requires the ability to understand and manage dependencies between architecture, security clearance, and ongoing deliveries, where incorrect decisions can entail significant regulatory and operational risks.

Assignment Description: The client is implementing several parallel and strategically important initiatives within the area of security and adjacent IT environments. These include application migration, integration solutions between different security zones, changes in platform and CI/CD architecture, as well as work related to operational permits and security clearance.

The initiatives take place in a regulatorily governed and technically complex environment with dependencies between several organizational functions, architecture areas, and external deliveries.

To ensure long-term sustainable solutions, there is a need for a senior IT project management consultant with the ability to operate at the interface between project management, architecture, governance, and regulatory compliance.

The purpose is to:

• Ensure that projects and change initiatives are carried out in line with target architecture and current governance.
• Create structure and traceability in complex delivery and decision-making environments.
• Strengthen the link between operational delivery and overarching architecture and governance principles.
• Reduce regulatory, technical, and organizational risk.

Requirements

• The consultant must have at least 10 years of professional experience leading and coordinating multiple parallel initiatives in complex IT environments with clear dependencies between business, technology, and architecture.
• The consultant must have at least 10 years of professional experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams in complex and changing environments with many systems and integrations.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of professional experience analyzing and evaluating architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with target architecture.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of professional experience working in operations with regulatory requirements, such as security clearance, information security, or equivalent within the electricity market.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of professional experience linking operational delivery to strategic goals, architecture, and governance, including creating structure, clarifying responsibilities, driving decisions in complex contexts, and preparing decision support materials with consequence and risk analysis.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of professional experience analyzing and managing the consequences of changes at the system level, including dependencies between architecture, operations, security, and business.
• The consultant must be fluent in Swedish and able to communicate effortlessly in speech and writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience contributing to the development of architecture capabilities, principles, and artifacts within larger organizations (>1000 employees) in the public sector.
• At least 5 years of professional experience working in and coordinating agile deliveries in larger organizations (>1000 employees) in the public sector.
• At least 10 years of professional experience with established project management models.
• At least 10 years of professional experience and demonstrated ability to communicate complex relationships to management and steering groups.
