About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Rocket, you will work on varied and technically challenging assignments for their clients. This role suits you if you have a strong foundation in .NET and want to use your skills in various technical environments, where modern full-stack solutions, API development, cloud services, and DevOps are often central components.

You will become an important part of the entire development chain – from architecture, design, and implementation to testing, deployment, and further development. In this role, you will contribute your experience to both technical decision-making and practical development work, while working closely with knowledgeable colleagues who are eager to share knowledge and explore new solutions together.

In addition to client assignments, there is also an opportunity to engage in Rocket's internal development projects, where new ideas, technologies, and solutions can take shape. About You

We are looking for you who are an experienced full-stack developer with a genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to continue developing. You are confident in both backend and frontend, and have worked with one or more of the major programming languages or frameworks.

You don't need to know everything from the start, but you need to be curious, a quick learner, and hungry to take on new technologies and assignments. You thrive in a consulting role or are curious about taking the step into it, and you understand the importance of combining technical delivery with business acumen, responsibility, and good communication.

As a person, you are self-reliant, unpretentious, and relationship-building. You can navigate well in client dialogues, are sensitive to the business's needs, and have the ability to translate technical solutions into concrete value. You also appreciate the community in a company where colleagues are happy to meet, share experiences, and build culture together.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have several years of experience in system development or full-stack development
• Are confident in both backend and frontend development
• Have experience with a modern frontend framework, such as React or Angular
• Have experience with one or more established programming languages or frameworks, where .NET is particularly advantageous
• Understand API development, modern development flows, and cloud-based environments
• Are communicative, business-minded, and confident in dialogue with clients
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with Azure, AWS, Node, Ruby, Bootstrap, CI/CD, databases, automation, or AI-related projects. Having previously worked as a consultant or in large technical environments is also a plus.
