We are now looking for a Gatekeeper for our 3PL warehouse – a key function to ensure efficient and secure logistics flows.

About the role

As a Gatekeeper, you are responsible for controlling and coordinating inbound and outbound access to the warehouse. You are the first point of contact for drivers, carriers, and visitors, ensuring that the correct routines, documentation, and safety requirements are followed.

The role involves both administrative tasks and forklift operation, requiring you to be flexible, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Check and register incoming and outgoing transports
• Ensure correct documentation is available, such as bills of lading and bookings
• Manage arrivals and departures in business and warehouse systems
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal departments
• Ensure safety routines and processes are followed
• Handle discrepancies and report according to established routines
• Operate forklifts when needed, including working with reach trucks

Qualifications

• Experience from warehousing and logistics operations, preferably within 3PL
• Strong administrative skills and experience working with various IT systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Forklift license is required
• Experience with B3 reach trucks is required
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and solution-driven
• Good teamwork skills and a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transport administration or a gatekeeper role
• Previous work in high-bay warehouses or large logistics environments
• Experience with WMS or business systems
