This is an application- and business-oriented role with a focus on Business Central / Navision and related business systems in a retail environment. The role acts as the hub between business operations, super users, and development.

You are responsible for 2nd line management of ERP-related incidents and problems, with clear ownership and the mandate to steer the process all the way to a solution.

• Analysis, troubleshooting, and prioritization of incidents related to ERP and integrations

• End-to-end ownership of cases: status, feedback, and follow-up

• Escalation to development (3rd line) with correct, reproducible, and business requirement-validated documentation

• Collaboration with super users in the business regarding working methods, recurring issues, and knowledge building

• Identify patterns, initiate problem cases, and contribute to more stable solutions over time

Examples of cases:

• Stops or errors in ERP flows affecting sales or store operations

• Errors in orders, prices, campaigns, or integrations between store, warehouse, and ERP

• Permission and role issues related to business systems

• Incidents affecting multiple stores or markets

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central or Navision

• Experience in application-oriented support, system administration, or incident management regarding business systems

• Strong analytical and structured troubleshooting skills

• Understanding of how IT incidents impact business and store operations

Meritorious:

• Experience in retail or trading operations

• Work in environments with a clear 1st/2nd/3rd line model

• ITSM tools and processes (Incident / Problem / Change)

You are confident, methodical, and solution-oriented. You can prioritize, maintain direction, and communicate clearly between business and development – even when the pace is fast.
