MIAB Group is currently on an exciting growth journey with a focus on quality and personal service, and we are now looking for Cleaners to join several of our assignments within the private and municipal sectors.

About the role

In the role of a Cleaner, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services in your assigned area. Cleaner work involves customer contact, which places high demands on a sense of service and care, which is also MIAB's guiding principle. At MIAB, you play a key role in creating clean, pleasant, and safe work environments that enhance the experience in our customers' operations.

You perform your tasks independently, but you often have support from your colleagues and always from your team leader or operations manager.

About you

To thrive in the role of a Cleaner with us, we see that you are quality-conscious, orderly, responsible, and positive. You handle well when there is a lot to do, and you find it easy to work both individually and in a team. You have the ability to take initiative and notice things that need to be done.

Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have:

• Experience in cleaning. SRY/PRYL training is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Basic knowledge of reading and speaking Swedish, and the ability to communicate and understand everyday conversations.
• A valid B-driver's license for passenger cars.
