Do you want to work in a dynamic hotel environment where no two days are alike? We are now looking for a flexible and service-oriented receptionist who can work all shifts – day, evening, and night – to join our team at Hotel Erikslund.
About the role
As a receptionist, you are the face of the hotel and work to provide our guests with the best possible service, regardless of the time of day. The position is on an as-needed basis and may include day, evening, and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Handling of bookings, payments, and cash register duties
- Providing information and service to guests
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Collaboration with other departments
- Ensuring order and safety during all shifts
We are looking for someone who:
- Is flexible and can work day, evening, and night shifts
- Has a strong service focus and professional demeanor
- Is responsible and can work both independently and as part of a team
- Has good computer skills
- Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Previous experience from hotels, reception, or service industries is an advantage, but not a requirement.
