We are now looking for an experienced and passionate chef who wants to help develop both our kitchen and themselves, at both Hotel Mossbylund and Bongska Huset in Abbekås harbor.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have culinary training or equivalent experience from restaurant kitchens, love high-quality ingredients, and want to cook with quality, feeling, and sustainability in focus.

As a person, you are a team player who contributes energy and good collaboration in the kitchen, but who also enjoys taking personal responsibility and working independently. You should be accustomed to planning, structuring, and ordering ingredients, while also being welcome to be a source of ideas and contribute suggestions for menus and development.

You understand that the whole is what creates satisfied guests, and you take responsibility for it.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for this position as public transport is lacking during our opening hours.
