We are now looking for a driven setter/operator for a well-established industrial company in the heart of Småland.

About the Role

As a setter/operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing machines in production. You will become a key person in ensuring an efficient workflow and high quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust machines prior to production
• Monitor production and ensure everything functions as it should
• Perform ongoing quality control checks
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of machines
• Work on improvements to streamline production
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in industry, preferably as an operator or setter
• Has a technical interest and understanding of machinery
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
