Your Role as a Summer Worker

Initially, you will spend a lot of time driving to transport colleagues and guide equipment in and out. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and perform additional administrative tasks. You will always receive support from, among others, the Project Manager and Site Manager when facing new and challenging tasks, as well as when you have questions or uncertainties. If you show interest, commitment, and perform well, there is also a possibility of extending your employment with Svevia after the summer.

Who are you?

As a person, we believe you have the desire to develop and enjoy challenging yourself to drive your own growth. You organize your work and break down tasks into smaller sub-goals, but you can also adapt to unexpected events.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B-driver's license.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• High school education.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• Vocational Higher Education (YH) or University/College education (ongoing or completed) in construction, civil engineering, or similar.
• Some form of work experience.
