Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you give each resident the best possible life. In this job, you work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily work.

Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-implement routines, policy documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
