About the role: As a Junior Service Integrator, you will drive and improve global IT processes with a focus on incident, problem, and service quality within ServiceNow. You will analyze workflows, monitor KPIs, and collaborate closely with global resolver teams and external partners to ensure stable IT deliveries. You will become part of a small, diverse, and flat global team that reports closely to the CIO, where collaboration and the company's best interests are paramount. This is a fixed-term position (vacancy) starting in the summer.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in IT (university/college or vocational higher education) or equivalent competence gained through experience, along with a basic understanding of IT environments. To succeed in this role, you are a flat-hierarchy-minded and curious team player who thrives in an international environment. You are not afraid to ask questions, take ownership of driving improvements, and always prioritize the team and the business.

Practical information: The position is filled on a rolling basis and is a full-time role with a competitive market-based salary and a start date to be agreed upon, taking into account any notice period.
