In the role of APO Construction Manager, you have operational responsibility for site overhead costs (APO) in a larger residential project in the production phase. You work closely with contractors and project management and ensure that APO-related issues are handled efficiently, structured, and with cost awareness.

You function as an important coordinating role between different contractors and are responsible for driving production forward according to plan, with the right quality and economy in focus.

• Lead and coordinate APO-related issues in production
• Ensure that contractors fulfill agreed commitments
• Plan and monitor site overhead costs and rented equipment
• Responsible for economic follow-up and cost checks
• Participate in and lead construction meetings related to APO
• Coordinate contractors within site preparation, building, and APO
• Handle authority contacts related to APO issues
• Drive improvements and cost-effective solutions
• Contribute to the preparation of tender documents and technical descriptions for upcoming tenders

Essential Requirements

• Experience in residential new build projects with at least approx. 50 apartments in the role of APO Construction Manager
• Ability to work solution-oriented and handle complex APO-related issues in projects
• Experience from the supplier side related to site setup, cranes, and site overhead costs
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
