About the role

As a Workshop Mechanic at Delvator, your main responsibility is to equip and finalize new construction machinery for the Swedish market. The work is varied and developmental, as no two machines are alike. You will work with everything from hydraulics and electrical systems to the assembly of customized solutions, ensuring that every delivery meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

The role involves assembling, adapting, and equipping new construction machinery, as well as performing functional checks and delivery preparation. You will work with hydraulics, electrical systems, and customized solutions in a varied and developmental role.

  • Assembly of new construction machinery.
  • Adaptation of construction machinery according to customer specifications.
  • Equipping machines according to position-based work orders.
  • Functional control of all systems.
  • Adjustment of components and systems.
  • Final inspection and quality assurance before delivery.
  • Delivery preparation of completed machines.

We are looking for you who

  • Have at least 3 years of experience working with heavy vehicles (trucks, agricultural machinery, forestry machines, or heavy forklifts).
  • Have electrical competence within the vehicle industry.
  • Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Are technical and solution-oriented.
  • Are self-initiative with good collaboration skills.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Education within the Vehicle line, with a heavy focus.
  • A B-driver's license.
  • An interest in motors as a hobby.
  • Background in agriculture or forestry machinery.
