We are looking for motivated car detailers for a well-known automotive company in Jönköping

At Randstad, we are currently seeking two driven and meticulous car detailers for an upcoming need with our client in Jönköping. Do you have an interest in cars and thrive working physically in a fast-paced environment? Then this might be the role for you!

We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working at a high pace and be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Our client works with both new and used cars in their internal workshop, where tasks vary depending on the daily flow. It is an environment where things are always happening, and your flexibility and teamwork skills are crucial to the group's success.

The work is performed during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

As a car detailer, you have overall responsibility for transforming incoming vehicles into finished, high-quality products ready for delivery. The work involves everything from preparing new cars by removing transport protection to performing thorough washing and basic reconditioning of used cars, both inside and out. You ensure that every step is performed with precision to meet the client's high standards for finish and quality.

Responsibilities

• Exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles.
• New car preparation (de-filming and preparation for delivery).
• Vacuuming and interior care.
• Ensuring high finish and quality in every work step.
• Handling and moving vehicles within the workshop area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Good physical condition, as the work is physically demanding and sometimes heavy.
• A strong willingness to work and the ability to be flexible in your approach.
• A good team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere in the group.
