Job Description

The Odensala–Kappetorp project intends to hire a coordinating construction manager with a primary focus on earthworks. The requested competence should be clearly anchored in earthworks, foundation work, development, and utility infrastructure. The assignment involves driving, coordinating, and monitoring the project's production and design, with a special focus on the implementation of the earthworks contract, in close collaboration with the client and the contractor.

The assignment presupposes that the construction manager has good experience in handling complex earthworks, coordinating technical interfaces, and monitoring that production and design proceed according to plan. Special emphasis is placed on experience in driving and monitoring contracts where earthwork issues constitute a central and decisive part of the project's implementation.

The consultant is to perform the assignment on a full-time basis and be located at the project office at Arlanda.

The consultant should be able to independently be responsible for:

• Technical coordination issues between disciplines and actors
• Production and design coordination
• Planning, schedules, and risk management
• Coordination with municipalities, authorities, and utility owners
• Construction meetings, technical meetings, and project meetings
• Control, follow-up, and quality assurance in the field
• Review of system, construction, and relationship documentation
• Handling of notifications, ÄTA (Additional Work/Changes), and contractual issues
