Service Manager at Forsbergs in Kalmar

We are now looking for our next Service Manager who wants to help shape the future at our center in Kalmar.

As a Service Manager with us, you will have a key role involving overall responsibility for the daily operations in the workshop and customer reception, as well as our accessories and spare parts department. With a coaching leadership style, you create engagement, structure, and joy in working within the team – while ensuring our customers receive top-class service. You have personnel responsibility for the department's technicians, service advisors, and the staff in the accessories and spare parts shop.

We believe you are a present, experienced, and confident leader who supports in technical matters, drives improvement work, and follows up on results. You have an eye for both details and the big picture, and thrive in an environment where change is a natural part of everyday life. You work closely with your team and are part of the planning and operational daily management.

Together with the Sales Manager, who is responsible for the sales department and its staff, you work to ensure that your departments in Kalmar deliver strong results, have happy employees, and satisfied customers.

Merits

• Experience from a similar role within workshop, service, or retail
• Technical understanding – preferably within electronics or vehicles
• Knowledge of German is a plus
