As part of the photo frame packaging and courier team at Allo, you will be an integral part of our logistics and delivery service during the season. You will be responsible for the safe and correct packaging of photo frames as well as delivering packages to customers and pickup points. This is a seasonal position with varying working hours, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, practical, and customer-service focused.

• Pack photo frames according to given instructions and packaging routines to ensure goods reach the customer undamaged.
• Label, sort, and prepare shipments for internal and external distribution.
• Pick up and deliver shipments at post offices and to customers, as well as perform courier deliveries at scheduled times.
• Check quantities, item types, and packaging, and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and packing team to optimize flows and order processing.
• Follow occupational health and safety routines and ensure vehicles and equipment are used and stored correctly.
• Contribute to orderliness, cleanliness, and efficiency in packing and loading areas.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and accustomed to working at a pace that requires planning and prioritization.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Experience in packaging, warehouse work, or courier driving is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy for registering shipments and reporting discrepancies in systems is an advantage.
• A valid B-driver's license and experience driving light vehicles are required for courier deliveries.
• Customer-service oriented and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Adheres to safety regulations and maintains a safe working attitude considering your own and others' working environment.
