About the Role

In this role, you are responsible for leading the daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and delivery quality, as well as developing employees and routines for a safe and organized workflow.

Responsibilities

• Plan, distribute, and follow up on daily tasks for the warehouse team.
• Ensure that order handling, picking, packing, and dispatches are carried out according to customer requirements and internal routines.
• Optimize warehouse flows and propose improvements for efficiency and safety.
• Be responsible for staffing planning, onboarding, and competence development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report results, and take action in case of deviations.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and transport to ensure the supply chain.
• Maintain and develop safety routines and participate in work environment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles within warehousing or logistics.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes: picking, packing, receiving, and inventory.
• Experience working with KPIs and improvement work (e.g., 5S, Lean) is an advantage.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working Hours and Location

The position is full-time with day shifts as the primary working hours. Location: Västerås. Some flexibility in working hours may occur depending on business needs.
