About Aleris ASIH/SPSV Syd

Aleris ASIH/SPSV Syd is a well-functioning and extensive operation with eight ASIH teams in Södertälje, Botkyrka, Huddinge, Haninge, Tyresö, Nynäshamn, Värmdö, and Söderort (Årstaberg), as well as a palliative inpatient ward at Handen Hospital. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm.

Here, you will meet patients of all ages with both curative and palliative needs. The most common diagnoses are cancer, COPD, heart failure, and neurological diseases.

We work from a holistic perspective where security, participation, and continuity are central – for both patients and their relatives.

About the Role

We are now looking for a licensed dietitian for a permanent position located in three of our ASIH teams: Haninge, Botkyrka, and Huddinge. The position is primarily linked to these teams. At the same time, we are a flexible organization and open to dialogue regarding placement – there may therefore be an opportunity to base yourself from other of our offices if it suits both you and the operation.

You will become part of an engaged paramedic unit where we support each other, share knowledge, and together create the best possible quality of life for our patients.

The paramedic unit consists of 5 physiotherapists, 5 occupational therapists, 3 dietitians, and 4 social workers – a team with a big heart and high professionalism.

As a dietitian here, you will have an independent, flexible, and stimulating job where you truly make a difference. You are an important part of the team and contribute your competence in meeting patients with complex needs.

You work close to the patient – at home, via digital meetings, and by phone – and have a central role in strengthening the patient's well-being and quality of life through individualized nutritional interventions.

You meet patients with, among other things, cancers in various stages, heart and lung diseases, neurological diagnoses, and multimorbidity. The assignment also includes prescribing and follow-up of nutritional supplements.

The position involves working in several teams and environments, which gives a dynamic and varied daily life. You will be based at our offices in Handen and Tullinge, with good communications.

In the role of dietitian, you will:

• Work close to the patient at home within ASIH and, if necessary, at our palliative care ward with 24 beds
• Be a key person in the multidisciplinary team
• Assess, plan, and follow up on nutritional treatment
• Contribute your competence to the team

Qualifications:

• Licensed dietitian
• Experience from ASIH, palliative care, and/or home rehabilitation is meritorious. Experience from inpatient care, especially within oncology or geriatrics, is also meritorious.
• Category B driver's license is a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing

Terms of Employment

Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period.
