Nator Personal is looking for a Foreman Carpenter in Stockholm.

You are the carpenter that people turn to on the job site. The one who sees the big picture, keeps the pace up, and knows that a well-managed project is about as much communication as it is craftsmanship.

What the job entails

You are out in production every day, screwdriver in hand, keeping a close eye on what happens next in the project. You own the whole picture on-site: you coordinate the team, act as the customer's extended arm, and ensure that quality and scheduling hold up all the way to the finish line.

In practice, this means:

• Practical carpentry work in production – you are not a manager who just points fingers, you are a leader who gets things done

• Coordination and daily management of work on-site

• Ongoing dialogue with the customer

• Quality assurance and structure from start to delivery

The assignments are located in the Stockholm area. Working hours 07:00–16:00, Mon–Fri.

Who you are

You don't need to have had the title "foreman" before, but you have probably already stepped into the role, because you are the type of person who does.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a carpenter and is confident in production

• Thrives when given responsibility and knows what to do with it

• Communicates clearly and simply, both with customers and colleagues

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

• Fluent in Swedish or English at a professional level
