About the role As a Junior BID Coordinator, you will work with tender requests from authorities, universities, municipalities, regions, and government agencies across Sweden. You will have many points of contact, both within the organization and with external parties such as customers and partners. You will handle the entire process, from tender to appointment, and be responsible for the administration surrounding the tenders, as well as having some contact with authorities after the assignment has started. The role plays a key part in creating structure and quality in our deliveries. Initially, we prefer that you are on-site at our office in Västerås, but once you feel confident in the role, there is an opportunity for a more flexible solution. It is important that you are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as we handle a lot of documentation from public clients. The position is a fixed-term contract of approximately 80% starting in August 2026 until August 2027.

About you We are looking for someone who has taken a few steps into the working life. You have relevant education, perhaps in business administration, law, or public procurement. To get started quickly, we prefer that you are comfortable working with the Office suite and feel at home in both Teams and SharePoint. As we are a cohesive team working closely together, we appreciate that you have a good sense of humor and enjoy having fun at work.

We believe you are someone who thrives in teams where collaboration, openness, and lack of hierarchy are the foundation for success. You are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and have an eye for details. You communicate easily and enjoy having fun at work, while also being able to handle a high pace when needed. We would appreciate if you have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the public sector.

Who are we at Public Sales? The Public Sales business area at Nexer develops assignments within the public sector – authorities, regions, and municipalities. Here, you get the opportunity to work on socially important projects while influencing and shaping our working methods and contributing to our continued development.
