As an IT Project Manager here, you will have a broad and business-close role, where you are responsible for driving IT projects and ensuring collaboration between IT and the rest of the business. You will work with both business-related initiatives and internal IT projects, with responsibility for creating structure and driving projects forward from start to finish.

An important part of the role is to contribute to establishing project management as a working method within the IT department. This means you will help build up the structure, processes, and working methods for how projects are conducted.

• Drive IT projects from initiation to completion and handover to operations
• Ensure progress by monitoring scope, time, and cost
• Identify risks and dependencies and handle these continuously
• Create structure in projects through working methods, planning, and communication

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as an IT Project Manager and are accustomed to driving projects in environments with multiple dependencies and stakeholders. You are structured in your approach and take responsibility for creating clarity in projects, even when the prerequisites are not fully defined from the start. You are used to working closely with both the business and IT, and can seamlessly adapt your communication depending on the target audience.

• Approx. 5 years of experience driving IT projects
• Experience of projects in environments with multiple systems and dependencies
• Experience of the entire project lifecycle, including handover to operations
• Good understanding of how time, cost, and scope affect projects
• Ability to balance traditional project methods with agile working methods
• A structured working method and ability to drive work forward independently

Meritorious is experience of requirements work, work in Azure DevOps, and certifications such as ITIL or agile working methods. Experience from professional service companies or the audit industry is also seen as positive.
