About the Role

As a Leading Technician at El-Fast, you play a central role in larger and longer-term projects. You are responsible for the daily work on-site, leading technicians, and ensuring that the work is carried out according to schedules, drawings, and current regulations.

The role requires clear communication, both internally within the team and externally with customers, project management, and other professional groups. The work can be monotonous at times, which demands structure, precision, and endurance – quality and pace must be maintained from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work within the project
• Ensure quality, workplace safety, and compliance with regulations
• Communicate with project management, customers, and subcontractors
• Perform practical electrical work alongside leadership duties
• Monitor schedules, materials, and execution
• Documentation and self-inspections

We are looking for someone who

• Is a fully qualified electrician with solid experience
• Has previously worked as a leading technician or in a similar role
• Is confident in leading others and making decisions on-site
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is structured, precise, and capable of handling repetitive tasks over time
• Understands the importance of planning in long-term projects
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
