Our client is a Swedish family-owned company operating within the container and port industry. They work with repair, service, conversion, and handling of containers and associated equipment.
The operations are located in direct connection to Scandinavia's largest container terminal in Gothenburg, where they offer services both in the port area and in their own workshops.

About the role
As a tug driver, you work with the movement of trailers and containers within the port area. You play a key role in the logistics chain and contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient flows.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in the workshop, warehouse, and transport departments.
Responsibilities:
- Movement of trailers and containers
- Shunting within the terminal and port area
- Daily supervision and simple maintenance of vehicles
- Collaboration with other staff to ensure efficient flow
About you
You are a responsible person who understands the importance of punctuality and precision. You thrive in a practical role where you get to work both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in similar work or driving heavy vehicles
- Hold a B driving license (CE is an advantage)
- Has a high safety awareness
- Thrives with physical work at a high pace
- Is flexible, cooperative, and solution-oriented

Ambulatory Consultant:
You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work on-site at our clients. Being an ambulatory consultant means being employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work in client companies, where the workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and appointments may be made before the application deadline.
