About the role

We are currently looking for additional production staff with machine operator experience who want to work part-time for our client in Malmö, one of the leading companies in the cosmetics industry. We offer you the opportunity to become part of a well-known company and the team of Boxflow consultants.

As a consultant for our client, you will become part of a great production team. Together, you will work to ensure daily operations. The work is scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays. The client uses day-to-day booking.

We prefer that you are available 3–4 days during the day each week and can start training immediately!

Responsibilities

Your tasks will vary but will include work in production with machine operation, quality control, and assembly of cosmetics. Additionally, you may work with hand-packing of finished products. The work is performed in cleanrooms, which imposes requirements regarding workwear, hygiene, and work procedures.

Profile & Background

To succeed in this role, we believe you have some prior experience working in an industrial setting. As a person, we believe you are flexible and have good ability to work both in a team and independently. As a production staff member, you will learn several different stations and tasks. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy working at a fast pace and handling repetitive tasks. To be considered for the position, you must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
