Familjeläkarna is now looking for a District Nurse/Registered Nurse for Storvreten Health Center.

About the Health Center

Familjeläkarna in Storvreten is an established health center with approximately 8,800 registered patients, located in Tumba. Here, doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work in close collaboration. Our clinic also includes Child Health Care (BVC) and a laboratory. We offer pleasant premises and good colleagues who create a fine work environment.

About the Role

As a nurse/district nurse at the health center, you will work with telephone advice, triage, and independent patient visits. You also play an important role in leading and developing preventive health work. You actively participate in teamwork with other professions to ensure high-quality care and a good patient experience.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a district nurse or registered nurse and preferably has experience in primary care.

• Thrives working both independently and in a team.

• Has a professional attitude and a good ability to adapt to different care situations.

• Is engaged in developing good and safe care.

Experience from hypertension and asthma/COPD clinics is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and a good attitude towards patients.
