Experienced Screen Printer for Exciting Opportunities in a Future-Oriented Industry

At Randstad, we are currently looking for a driven consultant for a long-term assignment with one of our clients who are at the forefront of technological development.

Responsibilities

As a screen printer for our client, you play a crucial role in producing high-quality prints on technically advanced products. This role is not just about the craftsmanship behind a good print, but also about working in a modern industrial environment where efficiency and order are key.

We place great emphasis on LEAN processes and 5S, meaning you are expected to contribute to an organized, safe, and efficient workplace.

Your main tasks include:

• Operation and monitoring of printing presses (experience with Sakurai is highly desirable).
• Setup, calibration, and color adjustment to ensure the highest quality.
• Material handling and production preparation.
• Meticulous quality control of color, pattern alignment, and final results.
• Continuous maintenance and cleaning of machines in accordance with 5S standards.
• Troubleshooting during operational disruptions and collaboration with technicians.
• Active participation in improvement work according to LEAN principles.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience from the printing industry and/or relevant education.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as you need to be able to interpret technical documentation.
• Experience with or understanding of industrial work (preferably LEAN/5S).

Desirable:

• Experience with Sakurai printing presses.
