Kry Health Centre Haga is part of our rapidly growing primary healthcare sector, focusing on high quality, innovation, and a clear patient-centered approach. We are now looking for an engaged district nurse or registered nurse to join our team in Haga, where you will help develop the healthcare of the future together with us and our patients.

Kry Health Centre Haga is located in the area where Vasastan meets Hagastaden in Stockholm. We opened our doors in autumn 2021, and since then we have steadily and sustainably grown our operations, which now has approximately 9,500 listed patients.

About the role of District Nurse/Registered Nurse at Kry Health Centre Haga

As a district nurse or registered nurse with us, you are responsible for contributing to safe, secure, and modern primary healthcare together with colleagues from various professions. You will work with reception activities, telephone advice, digital patient contact, and, if necessary, in home care. The role is autonomous with plenty of room for initiative, while collaboration and team spirit are highly valued.

You will also have the opportunity to apply to participate in Kry's new advanced training program for nurses. To give nurses the opportunity to work at the top of their profession and to offer a career path, Kry is now introducing a special clinical education for nurses.

The goal is for nurses to be able to work more independently with the investigation and follow-up of more patient groups. After completing the training, a salary increase of 6,000 SEK per month awaits.

Tasks in primary care at Kry Haga

• Assessment, care, and follow-up of patients at the clinic and digitally.
• Telephone advice and triage.
• Some home visits in home care when needed.
• Vaccinations and medication management.
• Participation in the health centre's quality and development work.
• Collaboration with doctors, assistant nurses, and other colleagues.

Qualifications and characteristics we are looking for

• Registered nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse.
• Experience working in a health centre/primary care.
• You always put the patient first and work professionally and evidence-based.
• Good communication skills and confidence in patient meetings.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. English is an advantage.
• Experience with medical record systems such as Take Care or PMO is an advantage.
• You are independent, proactive, and team-oriented.
