At Bilbörsen in Nyköping, we are now looking for a Service Advisor who wants to take on an important role in both customer reception and spare parts. This is a combined position for you who enjoy variety and thrive in a role where you are right in the middle of the operations.

Life as a Service Advisor with us is anything but monotonous. One moment you are meeting customers at the reception, helping with bookings, or guiding someone who needs quick assistance. The next moment, you are working with spare parts, picking car parts, and ensuring the workshop has the right conditions to do its job.

This is not a classic warehouse job. You will not be driving a forklift or working in a heavy and dirty environment. However, you need to be comfortable jumping in when needed. Sometimes it involves picking spare parts, sometimes lifting something heavier like a tow hook, or fixing something that simply must be fixed. You are simply not afraid to get your hands dirty occasionally.

Working with spare parts is largely about structure, order, and a feel for detail. You work with picking car parts and spare parts management, ensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. Previous experience with cars, car parts, or working in a car workshop is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are curious and eager to learn.

You thrive in a role where you can combine customer service with practical work and where you are an important part of the flow between customers, spare parts, and the workshop.
