Experienced Carpenter – Build it right from the start

Urbansgruppen is growing and seeking an experienced carpenter who delivers quality, keeps to the schedule, and takes responsibility in communication with customers and colleagues. You will work hands-on in projects, ensuring order, pace, and excellent results.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry and construction work within renovation and new production (framework, stud walls, drywall, kitchens, assembly, interior fitting).
• Reading drawings, measuring, self-inspections, and ongoing documentation.
• On-site planning: daily work schedule and material flow in consultation with site management.
• Customer contact in daily operations – professional attitude and clear feedback.
• Material ordering within set limits and simple time reporting according to routine.

Requirements

• Carpenter with vocational certificate or documented experience at a corresponding level.
• Valid B-driver's license.
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing (customer dialogue and documentation).
• References from previous employers/projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow self-inspection/QHSE routines.

Merits

• Experience in calculating simpler jobs and preparing offers/underlying data.
• Experience in service jobs for both private and corporate customers.
• Previous responsibility as a foreman/site supervisor.
• Experience with hot work/BAS-U/AMA knowledge.
