Do you have a strong technical interest and want to work with service and maintenance in highly automated warehouses? We are looking for you who love technology and simply cannot let things go when they do not work as intended.

In your daily work, you will be expected to analyze and solve technically complex problems. A key part of the role is identifying root causes of faults and contributing to the development of routines and working methods that prevent future operational disruptions. We are looking for you who want to contribute to strengthening and further developing the team in the region.

You will be based in Helsingborg, traveling primarily within Skåne and Västra Götaland, but occasionally to other parts of the country. Travel may involve day trips or overnight stays. The work offers great variety with different assignments and workplaces. As a Service Technician, you work both independently and in teams with other highly skilled technicians, and you have access to a service vehicle.

The work is primarily Monday–Friday during regular hours, but evening and weekend work may occasionally occur.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance of automation and other technical equipment.
• Identify new deviations and follow up on previous ones using a methodical and documented approach.
• Introduce users to preventive supervision and proper management of technical and mechanical equipment.
• Perform simple maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Act as the contact person for suppliers of automation and associated mechanical or technical equipment, both nationally and internationally.

In the role of Service Technician, you have many points of contact, so we are looking for you who have strong communication skills. You thrive working both independently and collaborating in teams.

Requirements for the role:

• Knowledge and interest in technology and hands-on work ("tinkering"). This does not need to be officially documented, but must be a genuine part of who you are.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Basic understanding of electricity and electrical safety.

Experience as a Service Technician within warehouse automation, or other forms of automated production, is meritorious but not a requirement.
