About the Role
As Project Manager, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the company's projects are carried out according to plan and become profitable businesses. You work at the interface between production and sales, and you hold operational responsibility for delivery to the customer.

You are responsible for several parallel projects from planning to final delivery and have full responsibility for both production and economics.

The role involves national and international travel, where your presence in the projects is crucial for securing progress, quality, and business outcomes.

You will:

• Be responsible for delivery at the project level.
• Take active commercial responsibility in dialogue with the customer.
• Be responsible for the profitability of projects from calculation to final settlement.
• Drive and negotiate EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts and ensure the company gets paid for work performed.
• Optimize purchases and subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure that resources are used where they create the most value.
• Make decisions that directly impact both progress and results.

Who are you?

You are an experienced project manager or project director within contracting, accustomed to taking responsibility for both delivery and economics.

You have:

• Substantial multi-year experience in project management and project ownership.
• Experience with budget responsibility.
• Good understanding of AB 04 and ABT 06 (Swedish standard construction contracts).
• Experience in procuring and managing subcontractors.
• Habit of handling and managing several projects in parallel.

As a person, you are:

• Analytical – you see risks early and act proactively.

You are comfortable in a role where you have the mandate to prioritize, reallocate resources, and make decisions that impact both production and economics.
