About the role

We are now looking for an Assistant Operations Manager/Warehouse Manager for our warehouse in Morgongåva. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager/Warehouse Manager in leading and developing daily operations, with a focus on structure, routines, and a good working environment.

You will be involved in ensuring that our processes function efficiently and that the warehouse team has the right conditions for success. You play a key role in contributing to order, clarity, and a positive work climate.

Your background and profile

To succeed in the role of Assistant Operations Manager/Warehouse Manager, you have experience working as a manager and are accustomed to handling personnel issues. You are an operational, hands-on leader with previous experience in logistics and warehousing. Experience from 3PL and e-commerce is a plus.

• Responsible, solution-oriented, and fearless.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• You have previous work experience within warehousing, logistics, and e-commerce.
• You have good computer and system skills.
• You hold a forklift license (tryckkort).
