Wabtec Faiveley Nordic AB, part of Wabtec Corporation, is a leading supplier to the international railway industry. We are now looking for a Production Manager in Machining who wants to lead and develop our team.

About the role

You are responsible for the daily operations in machining, including CNC and manual machining. You ensure quality, delivery precision, and a safe working environment, while driving continuous improvements in production.

Your main responsibilities

Lead and plan daily work within machining
Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
Mentor and develop employees
Monitor production, quality, and safety
Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals

We are looking for someone who

Has at least 5 years of experience in machining, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Has good knowledge of CNC, blueprint reading, and quality work
Is structured, solution-oriented, and a clear leader
Has good communication skills in Swedish and English
