We are on a strong growth journey, having developed from approximately 100 MSEK in revenue in 2016 to over 1,000 MSEK in just a few years – thanks to both expansion and acquisitions.
With over 2,500 employees, we work together towards a common vision: to create the world's leading camping chain and deliver memorable experiences for our guests – every day.

The role also includes:
Leading and distributing daily work in the reception and shop
Ensuring staffing, quality, and structure
Coaching and supporting seasonal staff
Working with bookings, guest communication, and administration
Driving upselling and shop operations
Participating in improvement work and routine development
Collaborating closely with the Destination Manager and other teams

Have experience in reception work within hotels, camping, or the tourism industry
Have experience in team leadership
Enjoy an operational role where you switch between service, administration, and practical work
Have an understanding of sales, preferably with B2B experience
Are structured, solution-oriented, and humble
You have natural drive, take responsibility, and motivate others through your way of working. You see opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to a positive culture where both guests and colleagues thrive.
What do we offer?
With us, you get to be part of an ambitious company with both heart and forward momentum. The role gives you the opportunity to influence, develop, and grow – while working closely with both people and operations.

We work competency-based in our recruitment and focus on finding the person who best matches the job profile. For final candidates in the process, extracts from the criminal record register may be requested.
