Where you will work

The operations at Enebacken consist of several different units. This includes Kortis and Växel, which covers two wards. We also have SABO, comprising both general housing and dementia care.

The operations are spread across three floors, and we work in teams to create a safe and high-quality care environment for our residents.

Enebacken also features daycare activities, where we offer activities and support for our participants.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.

Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and other internal and external contacts to ensure high-quality care.

Job Description

We are currently looking for two employees, full-time or part-time, for permanent positions with a probationary period. The positions are scheduled Monday to Friday, daytime hours. The employment levels are 100% and 75% respectively, with a start date to be agreed upon.

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications

We prefer candidates with previous experience in elderly care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being skilled at building good relationships and having a service-oriented mindset. At our company, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.

Before we offer employment, you will be required to provide an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
