At Home Hotel Grand Helsingborg, we offer all our guests a breakfast buffet, coffee with homemade cake, and an evening buffet. Our restaurant serves well-prepared meals made with quality ingredients, and it is often our popular evening buffet that encourages guests to choose us for their stay. We also have a well-visited gin and cocktail bar that is very popular among the people of Helsingborg.
We are now looking for a skilled bartender for a 50% position, who can also assist with serving, dishwashing, and other tasks in the restaurant as needed.
The position is for evenings and weekends.
About you:
- Previous experience as a bartender is required.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English and can communicate clearly in both languages.
- You are attentive to guests' needs and can quickly adapt to their requests.
- You remain calm under pressure.
- You work independently but are also a true team player.
- You understand that sales and service go hand in hand, and that we achieve our goals together.
- You are responsible and ensure that your tasks are completed carefully and on time.
- You are confident in making your own decisions and taking initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
