Uniflex is currently seeking an operator for one of our clients in Vetlanda municipality. Here, you are offered a long-term assignment in a stable business with excellent opportunities for development.

As an operator, you will work in a production environment where you play a vital role in ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for monitoring machines, ensuring quality in production, and addressing minor operational disturbances.

The position also includes some forklift driving and basic maintenance work to keep the machines in good condition and minimize downtime.

The assignment starts as a temporary employment via Uniflex but is long-term with very good opportunities to be taken over and employed directly by the client company.

The work is organized in a rolling 5-shift system, which implies varying working hours during the day, evening, night, and weekends.

• Monitor, control, and optimize machines in production

• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments

• Ensure that production maintains the correct quality

• Forklift driving and material handling

• Report deviations and contribute to improvement work

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and enjoys a practical role. You have an eye for detail and work in a structured manner even at a high pace.

We expect you to:

• Have experience from the industry or a technical education

• Have a forklift license (merit)

• Have a good understanding of machines and production

• Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Be responsible, meticulous, and willing to collaborate
