About Carla Electric cars for more people! Carla offers the simplest, safest, and most transparent way to buy, sell, and lease electric cars online. Founded in 2020, the company already has strong investors. We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for an experienced and ambitious tire fitter for our modern facility in Kungsängen. This role is crucial for managing cost quotes with our partners and for planning and optimizing the flow of all vehicles through the entire production process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Mounting and dismounting tires on passenger cars, trucks, and other vehicles
• Balancing tires to ensure optimal driving comfort and safety
• Checking and adjusting tire pressure
• Inspecting tire condition and recommending replacements or repairs when necessary
• Performing simple repairs on punctured tires
• Loading, unloading, and organizing tires in the warehouse
• Providing excellent customer service by offering advice and information on tire selection and maintenance
• Ensuring the work environment is clean, safe, and organized
• Carrying out any other tasks that arise within the workshop

Qualifications:

• Experience in tire fitting or working within the automotive industry is an asset but not a requirement – we offer training for the right person!
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting
• Interest in vehicles and a willingness to learn more about tire technology
• Class B driver's license (required)
• Swedish spoken and written at a professional level
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility, with a focus on safety and quality

Scope and working hours:

• Full-time, probationary period of 6 months
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday
• Location: Stockholm, Kungsängen
