We are now looking for an engaged and business-driven Sales Representative.

As a Sales Representative at Northcon, you play a key role in our growth. You are responsible for developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and pursuing new customers

• Building and developing long-term customer relationships

• Understanding customer needs and matching them with Northcon's consultants and services

• Driving the entire sales process – from first contact to contract

We believe you are someone who thrives in a relationship-building and business-oriented role. You are self-driven, curious, and opportunity-focused.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting or service sector

• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

• A business-driven mindset with a focus on results

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
